At PLAyers Market, we're committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. Our products are precision 3D-printed from premium PETG material and thoroughly quality-inspected before shipping. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our Shopify store and covers returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read it carefully before initiating a return.
In short: We accept returns within 30 days for unused items in original condition. A 25% restocking fee applies. Damaged or defective items are handled at no extra cost to you.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions at the time the return is received:

- Return window: Request submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
- Condition: Item is unused, unassembled, and in its original, unaltered condition
- Packaging: Returned in original packaging with all included accessories
- Proof of purchase: Order number, confirmation email, or receipt provided
- Authorization: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued before shipment
3. Non-Eligible Items
The following do not qualify for a return or refund:
- Items that have been assembled, used, or show signs of wear or outdoor exposure
- Items returned more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer handling
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
- Returns received without a valid RMA number issued by PLAyers Market
4. Restocking Fee
Because each PLAyers Market product is precision-manufactured and requires careful quality inspection upon return, a restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

A fee of 25% of the item's purchase price will be deducted from your refund. This covers inspection, repackaging, and inventory processing costs.

- Item: Golf Ball Dispenser - Indoor / Outdoor Bundle - $47.96
- Restocking fee (25%): $11.99
- Refund issued: approximately $35.97
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect (see Section 7).
5. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps carefully. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Contact Us
Use our Contact page or message us on Etsy with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization
We'll issue an RMA number with return instructions within 2-3 business days of your request.
Ship the Item Back
Pack securely in original packaging and ship to the address provided. Use a trackable method - PLAyers Market is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Receive Your Refund
Once received and inspected (3-5 business days), we'll process your refund minus the 25% restocking fee and send email confirmation.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Here's what to expect:
- Refund method: Issued to your original payment method - credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after return approval
- Refund amount: Item price minus the 25% restocking fee
- Shipping: Original shipping charges are not refunded
- Confirmation: Email confirmation sent once the refund is issued
Please Note: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If it has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your financial institution before reaching out to us.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Every order is inspected before leaving our facility. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resolve it at no cost to you - and the restocking fee will be fully waived.

- Include clear photos of the damage or defect in your message
- We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, at our discretion
- A prepaid return label will be provided for defective or incorrect items
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, size, or color, please initiate a return for your original item (subject to standard eligibility and the 25% restocking fee) and place a new order for the item you prefer.
